A2 Aluminium Composite Panel Line is an integrated lamination system designed for the production of fireproof (A2 class) aluminium composite panels. It enables the joining of mineral based A2 filler material and aluminium sheets under controlled temperature and pressure.
The line is designed for stable laminating of high density and high mineral content fillers. Temperature, pressure and line speed are controlled throughout the process to ensure homogenous adhesion and dimensional stability throughout the panel.
The system consists of sheet feeding, surface preparation, adhesive application, lamination, calibration, cooling and cutting units. Thanks to its industrial design suitable for continuous production, it provides efficient and repeatable production.
